Blink182? Plus44?

Mark Hoppus,the bassist of Blink 182 and Travis Barker,the drummer of Blink 182,
they will line up the new band with Travis's friend, Carol Heller,Plus44.

Why +44
some of news said that,Blink 182 will break up,
so the +44 is a new band without Tom Delonge,
and because The Manager of Blink he see Tom is the own member in Blink,(ture or wrong?i don't know)
but the band is not yet to put out their songs,
they make their demo all record in Travis's home and Mark dining room,
so almost record are make by electronic instrument,
Just look froward for their songs~
