*Things are getting ugly. VICTORY RECORDS broke its silence and counter-sued HAWTHORNE HEIGHTS, saying the band is greedy and simply trying to get out of it's contract. The suit also claims HH still owes Victory two more albums and that the band has already made four million dollars from shows and merch.
