PUNK NEWS

*According to Epitaph, BAD RELIGION will begin recording their new album next month at Grand Master Studios in California. The album is supposed to be released June 26th, just in time for Warped.

*ANTI-FLAG has been forced to cancel the remaining dates on their Canadian tour with Billy Talent after a family tragedy. Chris #2's sister and boyfriend were murdered

*A WILHELM SCREAM will enter the studio in May to record the follow up to Ruiner. Bill Stevenson and Jason Livermore will once again handle the production duties. The band also recently shot a video for new track. The album will most probably be released on Nitro Records.

*MXPX has re-signed with Tooth & Nail. Expect a new studio album this summer. MXPX was previously signed to Side One Dummy.

*According to ALKALINE TRIO's drummer, Derek Grant, the band's tentative plans to record a new full-length in April are still up in the air. Since the group's new label, V2 Records was dismantled in late January, no announcement has been made about the TRIO's future home.
*NO USE FOR A NAME has announced plans to release a new "Best Of" album in May or June. They plan to follow that with both a new DVD and a new full length record. Also in the works are a trip to South America in August.

*MILLENCOLIN are planning their upcoming album – more info to come soon.

*SAVES THE DAY announced on their new personal website that they\'ve finished the final demos for an upcoming record. The release will be titled Under the Boards and will most likely be recorded in late spring, presumably after their co-headlining tour with Say Anything.

*ANBERLIN have posted their brand new full-length, Cities, for streaming here: http://www.myspace.com/anberlin This is the group\'s third release for Tooth and Nail Records.

*CHUCK RAGAN (ex- Hot Water Music) has signed to SideOneDummy. He will heading into Mad Dog studios in LA with producer Ted Hutt to record his first proper full-length record, which will be released roughly in August.

*SUM 41 is done with recording and are currently mixing the track. Stevo writes: I know I keep saying that the album is almost done - but I think that it finally is! Deryck was just finishing up some last minute stuff today and we\'re sending it to be mixed tomorrow.

*THE DISTILLERSs, who recently lost Andy Granelli (to Darker My Love) and Ryan Sinn (to Angels and Airwaves), have disbanded, and formed a new band, Spinnerette, with remaining Distillers members Brody Dalle and Tony Bradley.
